ICD-10-CM

This is the most extensive chapter in ICD-10-CM.  The chapter has been reorganized so that the body region of the injury is the first axis and then the specific types of injuries.  This reorganization will be reviewed in-depth. The ICD-10-CM and ICID-10-PCS Outpatient Competency Exam is designed to test the coder on the  key coding concepts of both ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS as pertains to Outpatient coding.  The exam does not have a time limit, but the expected time for completion is 3 hours.
